Michael Durand (principal) – graduated from the University of Denver in 1983 with a degree in real estate finance and construction management. He has been a developer for 25 years and successfully completed over 250 single family homes and condominiums, as well as 200,000 sf of commercial space. Mr. Durand’s knowledge of financing and the local lending markets have enable him to maintain his reputation as one of the leading residential developers in the Boston area. Some of Mr. Durand's notable projects include 242 Shawmut Avenue in Boston’s South End, 70 Sewall Avenue in Brookline's Coolidge Corner, 185 Marlborough Street in Boston’s Back Bay, and 74 – 76 Green Street in Brookline’s Coolidge Corner. Some of Mr. Durand's notable projects include 9 Commonwealth Avenue & 285 Marlborough Street in Boston’s Back Bay, 32 River Street and 94 Pinckney Street in Boston’s Beacon Hill, 144 Warren Avenue and 242 Shawmut Avenue in Boston’s South End, 70 Sewall Avenue and 74-76 Green Street in Brookline's Coolidge Corner. His current projects under construction are 77 Court Street in Newton, and two projects in Pre-Development stage in Boston.
Lara Rosenburgh (director) – Involved in day to day operations of project acquisitions, financing, construction budget/schedule, unit mix and pricing, and area market demand for individual projects. Assists with Boston Residential Co-Investment Fund’s Investor meetings and commitments. Ms. Rosenburgh has been active in Real Estate investing, Management and Sales for the past 17 years. Recent projects include condominium units, single families and small condominium buildings in Back Bay, South End, Brookline and Cape Cod. Ms. Rosenburgh received a B.S. from ASU in 2001 and an M.B.A from Boston College.
